Posessing either strong design skills and/or good trouble-shooting acumen.
Responsibilities
Define, develop, test and support equipment integration (factory automation) systems for manufacturing plants world-wide. This includes designing and testing PC-PLC or PC-PC hardware & software interfaces to equipment, addition of sensors or various I/O for data collection or enhancement of machine functionality.
Our I4.0 applications usually involve systems to integrate with manufacturing equipment in diverse industries to collect data, provide analytics and to enable intelligent monitoring and control.

Training will be provided by highly experienced and competent team leaders and via external courses.
Occasional travel to local and overseas customer sites to provide product support and for project implementation.
Requirements?
Candidate must possess a good Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Computer/Electronics/Telecommunication), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
Proven track record with some of the following technologies/programming languages: C, PC/PLC I/O programming & interfacing, GPIB, C#, .NET, Web Services, MS SQL Server.
Preferably with at least 3-4 years' working experience in factory automation/software development, although fresh graduates with good credentials are also encouraged to apply.
For Senior Engineers, broad range of programming skills sought, solid design skills a must.
Able to work under min. supervision & independently. Good spoken and written English skills is necessary.
