Job Description MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with corporate clients across Identifies business opportunities in Corporate & MICE segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options; Maintain an up to date account and contact database and special client needs in order to understand better the requirements of the clients; Pro-actively seeks knowledge of industry developments and use it to enhance the skill set; Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services; Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences; Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :                             Effective communication skills Being courteous, professional and persistent Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills Good time-management skills Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software Good problem-solving skills Working with business groups and events Qualifications High school Diploma or University Degree Proven experience working as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager Proficient in MS Office programmes Fluent level of English and Arabic language is a must Proven record of met quota  Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
