Senior Specialist, It Security

Job Description Job Description: Support superior in day-to-day IT security operation and provide on-standby support after office hours;
Manage IT security incident tickets in system, respond and resolve within allocated SLA;
Perform investigations on IT security incidents across the organization;
Perform analysis on IT security incident logs and provide root cause analysis;
Prepare and participate in IT security assessments and write summary report;
Provide advisory on IT Security subject to colleagues across the globe;
Stay abreast of latest cyber threats and ensure regular updates on IT security matters are cascaded to the organization accordingly;
Keep track of IT security projects and provide monthly progress summary;
Build strong working partnerships with other IT teams, business stakeholders and all users;
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or its equivalent;
At least 3 - 5 years? experience in similar role;
Experienced security analyst will be considered for senior position;
Passionate about IT security and a self-driven person who has deep interest in IT security;
Demonstrate knowledge and skills in dealing with IT security incidents, investigation and remediation process Has good knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, SPAM, website infringement and networking protocols;
Familiar with IT security tools and a hands-on person;
Certification in CEH is desirable;
Prior experience in IT security operation environment would be an added advantage;
Has basic understanding in handling confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner;
Comfortable working in multi-cultural environment, shows appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/culture interactions;
