Senior Technician Reliability

In your new role you will:Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment.Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.Know-how in reliability stress testing eg. Environmental, Electrical/ Functional, and acoustics stress testing.Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent vocational certification.3 – 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred).Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing.Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
