KOMUGI brand is an operator in Japanese concept bakery and cafe business.
This role reports to the Outlet Supervisor of Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd. Your role is to provide excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer’s order.
Required to attend and respond to customers’ needs/enquiries promptly and professionally.
To follow and abide to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Master product knowledge of all SKU.
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables etc.
Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / High School / SPM qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Customer service oriented, good communication skills and good ability to multitask.
Great aptitude to work in a fast-paced, food service environment.
Dedicated team player with flexible schedule capability.
Friendly and helpful.
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to stand for long hours.
