Job Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia.- Ability to read write and speak in Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia also English as part of the job requirement.- Liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues on time.- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.Requirement:- Require to be onsite at client project on daily basis- Min 2 years of experience- Client facing role require to possess good attitude, discipline and good time management**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Desktop Support Level 1 and 1.5: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)
