Solution Manager (Airline)

**Position: Solution Manager****Location: Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia****Tenure : 1 year contract renewable basis****Salary : Rm 4500 - Rm7500****Working Hour : Rotational****Key Responsibilities**- On-site survey/assessment management and repair anticipation- Survey, Assessment, Repair and upgrading solutions.- Work sharing (with MRO or A/L) and take or buy coordination.- System and Structure inspection program definition & update/adjust- Specific to Repair embodiment and upgrading embodiment- On-site project (facilities, scaffolding, tools, planning defects, WOTD, job cards, etc)- Management System/Structure/Working party advisor**Job requirement**- Minimum education Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent education- Minumun experience at least 3 years in Aircraft Repair & Maintenance Domain- Flexible work schedule including weekends and public holidays- Familiarity with Aviation Industry and excellent knowledge of Aircraft Structures gain through experience.- Experience on the field (aircraft maintenance, repairs)- Knowledge on management of Spares and logistics- Knowledge on Aviation regulation and legislation.- Support M1 Trainor, ISO45001 / 14001, 5S and other company initiatives, the responsibility when delegated.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
