Technical Delivery Manager (Java)

Job description Responsibilities: You will be involved extensively and responsible for the end to end software development lifecycle and support for all work.Proficiency in both traditional development methodologies (waterfall) and Agile delivery methods.Ability to manage squad members, with different levels of expertise and different background within an Agile context.Requirements: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in implementing and operating large-scale and complex mission-critical solutions:Good understanding on all architecture layers.Strong record of deliveries in Java projects.Have managed a team.Has experience in banking or financial services industry
