As the Audio script analyst, you are responsible in supporting the Production team with all script formatting so that they are fit for purpose. You will need to analyse all content, identifying key details and highlighting them to the team to ensure there is no impacts to the recording sessions.Your role will play a key part in the timely running of all projects, ensuring that you have determine the material's desirable and undesirable content, communicating these to the team and the client and problem solve to reduces any potential issues.**This will be on a direct contract 1 year with option to be renewed/converted to permanent.****Duties and Key Responsibilities**- Support the Production team to re-format client scripts into a more effective format for recording in studio- Responsible for fully analysing the script content to provide key details to the Production Manager for the project, this includes notes about missing details, unexpected additional content, important or relevant notes that may impact recordings.- Take part in client facing discussions to understand client requirements, ask questions and propose suggestions for how to work effectively.- Develop and improve script tracking and formatting tools and processes.- Have a general understanding of audio and video assets.- Issue progress reports to the client.- Responsible for extracting and presenting data in a relevant way to those not 'close' to the data.- Scope and discuss the tools needed with the relevant teams, understanding requirements when discussing with non-technical team members or clients.- Anticipate user behaviours and adapt script and tools to minimise problems.- Complete daily merging of tracking data as needed.- When required analysis current internal or external procedures and assistance with the creation of bespoke tools to aid team members from all lines of business.**Requirements**:- Coding experience in Python, Java, C#, Visual Basic or similar.- Experience with MS Office - particularly Excel functions and formulae.- Ability to think logically and creatively to solve problems.- Analysing scripts and using editorial judgment to solve problems and issues.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with a wide variety of internal and external clients.- Fluent English speaker.
