Details of the offer

Job Description Job scope Overseeing the smooth running of daily operations for the centre;
Handle administrative, security, operational, financial, resource matters;
Handle walk-ins, customer requests and complaints onsite, social media and etc;
Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branch;
Mentor the instructors to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching & evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies;
Liaising with instructors, parents and students;
Provide course consultation to prospective parents and students;
Administer daily and monthly reports;
Coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre if need arise.
Job Requirements
?Possesses at least a bachelor?s degree in any field;
?At least 4-5 years? experience in the customer service field, with at least 1-2 years in a manager-level position;
Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres is an added advantage;
Strong sense of adaptability and leadership;
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English;
Goal-driven individual with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drives the growth of the centre;
Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service.
