This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are driven, resilient, and possess strong planning and cooperation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through web chat with their inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and remotely- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required- Tech-savvy and familiar with navigating online platforms- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
