Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

As a Web Chat Associate at Sime Darby Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a full-time remote position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution through web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, account inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers' needs and offering personalized solutions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and customer confidentiality.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.7. Continuously improve product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficient in computer applications and web-based chat platforms.7. Hardworking and adaptable with a positive attitude.8. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
