We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate to work from home. As a Web Chat Associate at Axiata Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat- Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
