British American Tobacco Malaysia is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This position is a full-time, work from home opportunity located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Excellent written communication skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment- Effective decision-making skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent required
