In your new role you will: A- doption of Export Control and Anti-Terrorism Regulations (National, US and those imposed from Corporate) S- Controlling E- nsure secure operation systems through release of blocked orders in order processing system (e.g. SAP & TA22) and non-standard delivery approval system (NOSTAS) E- nsure correct classification for all shipments, technology transfer and hiring positions (if applicable) S- STA Permit & Other Relevant Licenses. L- racking & keeping the shipment documentation for Dual Use Item under the Export Control License. 4- Trainings, Awareness and Competency Building C- onduct related Export Control training eg, NOSTAS training, Tectra Training A- ttend at least 1 external EC training 5- Audit P- rovide support IFKM ECO during internal & external audit by AP Competence Centre and governmental authority. S- upport IFKM EC team to prepare and collate necessary evidences and related documentations for the audit checks on past shipments. 6- ECC Webpage Maintenance M- anage the Intranet Contents for IFMY EC homepage. 7- Support and Back up S- upport to provide advisory guidance on daily export control issues for all departments of IFKM, IFMY, IFPG. A- ct as backup for operational staff for IFKM, IFMY, IFPG EC team. 8- IT Skill A- dditional Skill in AI Knowledge in Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, SQL.You are best equipped for this task if you have: B- achelor Degree or Diploma with up to 5 years and above work experience. L- anguage: English & Malay (Bilingual) T- echnical skills: Knowledge of SAP is a plus, Microsoft Office, Visio, Macro, AI K- nowledge in Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, SQL etc. S- oft skills according to Behavior Model: Good team player, independent, meticulous, able to handle stress, good learning skills, positive attitude I- n-depth understanding of Strategic Trade Act 2010, US EAR Regulation frameworks will be an advantage. A- bility to assess and mitigate compliance risks, with a focus on developing and implementing effective Compliance programs and policies.
