Job Description:
PPB Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize creativity and planning skills to come up with innovative solutions to common customer problems- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve efficiently- Strong planning and organizational skills- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
