Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in a remote work position. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through web chat.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.4. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4.
