Web Chat Assistant - Work From Home

As a Web Chat Assistant at Maxis Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms while working from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues they may have- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels- Follow company guidelines and procedures for effectively handling customer interactions- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and find solutions to any issues that arise

Requirements:- Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate via web chat- Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced customer service environment- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively to meet deadlines- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
