We are seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Key responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize effective persuasion techniques to guide customers towards desired outcomes- Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively- Driven personality with a focus on delivering excellent service to customers- Energetic and proactive attitude towards solving problems and addressing customer needs- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and multitasking while engaging with customers- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively

Soft skills:- Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and guide them towards desired actions- Research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries
