Job Description:Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and reliable Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Reliable and able to work independently from home- Proficient in typing and using web chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
