Web Chat Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements:1. Driven and hardworking individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service.2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively manage people.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software.6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to conduct web chats.7. Flexible work hours to accommodate customer needs.
