1. To assist Chargeman on monitoring operation of building and M&E System.2. To carry out scheduling preventive maintenance activities of 415V equipment.3. Main task and responsible was in Three Phase Electrical System under Chargeman supervision and authorization.4. To do a replacement and repairing of M&E system with others Facility Staff.5. To be a Proxy if Chargeman not on duty or outstation.6. As a Team Leader for any work assigned by Chargeman.7. To assist supplier/contractor carried out their work according to our requisition, preventive and agreement.8. To do a trouble shooting together with others Facility Staff.9. To carried out routine work and scheduled M&E inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive programs.10. To be a maintenance support if there any request by others FMD base for their additional Project, Renovation / Store or others AEON Event.11. To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as:? Air Conditioning System? Plumbing System? Fire Protection System? LPG System? Water Supply System? Lift & Escalator System? Others M&E SystemRequirement? SPM or Certificate of Competency as Electrical Competence Person in Category PW2 - 240V issued by Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).? 2-3 years working experience in M&E major in building management.MS WordMS ExcelMS PowerPointMS TeamFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.**Salary**: RM1,183.25 - RM3,097.35 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Rotational shift
