Daily update Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, diesel inventory and other inventory into the system. Conduct goods receiving, such as food ingredient, stationery, safety wearness etc. Daily update weighing report for raw materials, combine and check the weighing quantity, and submit to Procurement and send to supplier every half month for billing purpose. Prepare purchase invoice and submit payment requisition in the system. Combine and prepare Monthly Warehouse Inventory List. Combine and prepare Monthly Cost Analysis Report for direct materials, indirect materials and hardware. Be responsible to maintain 6S in office and store. Document filing and soft copy backup. Initially, (production) will be just for Forest City.
