Job Description:- Provide excellent services to support merchants and riders onboarding- Provide customer support to solve any issues faced by merchants and riders- Can initiate process improvements and strategies for planning- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for merchants and riders- Build, update systems and processes to support merchants and riders- Work closely with a team of Onboarding Specialists to create a seamless flow of work**Requirements**:- Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognised university- Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking systematically and accurately- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel)- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Melayu and English (both written and verbal) to communicate with various stakeholders- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Has passion in the eCommerce and F&B (Food and Beverage) industry
