Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients andworking to establish a positive rapport with every caller2. Maintains customer records by updating account information.3. Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach4. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively5. Excellent knowledge of computer**Job Requirements**:1. Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill2. Both native & non native are welcomed3.
