Franchise Executive In Johor

**Job responsibilities**:- Identifying potential franchisees and market opportunities.- Negotiating franchise agreements.- Coordinate and provide training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they understand the company's standards, operations, and policies.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistency across all franchise outlets.- Developing and implementing growth strategies.- Managing relationships with franchisees.- Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and also to set goals and targets.- Implement national and local marketing campaigns to attract customers to franchise locations.- Conduct market research, industry and competitors' analysis and present to the Management for review.- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities- Coordinate, negotiate and liaison directly with vendors/ consultants/ mall management to meet the requirements.- Prepare reports regularly to Management.- Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the company.- Able to work independently and produce results is vital.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Applicants must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field as a Business Development Executive.- **Preferably specialized in Franchise Service industry is an advantage.
