Details of the offer

Liaise with supplier, user and monitor delivery - Receiving PR's OPEX / CAPEX - Request for quotation (RFQ) and get minimum 3 suppliers for comparative statement - Prepare comparative statement (CS) - Raise Purchase Order (PO) in ERP system - Prepare PO checklist & compiling with all related attachments - Prepare stock code and supplier code as user requested - In charge box of packaging, local hardware for all department, local consumable, lab equipment / item, various gases (Nitrogen, LPG, Argon etc), Lubricant and chemicals etc - Filing, record, update and distribute PR / PO - Deal with user / shipping regarding tax exemption - Monitor item delivery as per user request - Deal with Finance department regarding payment - Performing other jobs assigned by HOD / SCM1. Manufacture and marketing of components and parts for the aerospace industry 2. Manufacturing of precision engineering partsDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
