Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities: Liaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation. Looking for new suppliers & conduct market survey from time to time. Understand the consumer needs and the market trend. Control stocks flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Monitor and managing stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecast. Process payment arrangement, invoices and purchase orders. Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in any field Mandarin literate is an added advantage Preferably 2 years working experience at similar position Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Strong organizational & time management skills Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Klang
