Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant, working from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Upsell products and services to increase sales- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet daily and weekly performance targets- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered
Requirements:- Energetic and independent personality traits- Strong persuasion and presentation skills- Ability to work well in a remote environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web chat systems- High school diploma or equivalent required
